Refund and Returns Policy
OVERVIEW
- 30-day return window
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and original packaging
- Some items are non-returnable (perishable goods, intimate/sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, downloadable software, some health/personal care items)
RETURN PROCESS
- Provide receipt or proof of purchase
- Do not send returns to manufacturer
- Partial refunds may be granted for used or damaged items
REFUNDS
- Received and inspected returns will be notified via email
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to original payment method within a certain number of days
- Late or missing refunds: check bank account, credit card company, and bank before contacting us
SALES ITEMS
Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot
EXCHANGES
- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item
- Email us and send item to [physical address]
GIFTS
- Gift credits will be issued for returned gift items
- Refunds will be sent to the gift giver if item wasn’t marked as a gift
SHIPPING RETURNS
- Buyer responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Consider trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items
